Director of Population Health & Quality for Community Health Centers of the Rutland Region

A graduate of Fair Haven Union High School and Castleton University, Moses began martial arts training at the East Main Street Dojo in 2005 while completing his undergraduate degree in Psychology.  Spending the following decade in community based mental health, he continued his training and education and was raised to the rank of Shodon in 2015 while returning to Castleton for a follow up degree.  Since that time Moses has continued his study, practice, and instruction in the Whe Chun System, achieving the rank of Nidan in 2023 and applying the tradition of what he has learned to a career in nursing; focusing on service, observation, evaluation, and response to improve patient care and quality outcomes.
